Magazines and catalogs are a big problem for most people. They just keep arriving, and we barely have time to catch up. Keep a pile of magazines and catalogs you no longer want to receive, and record their names and phone numbers in your planner. Once a month (for as many months as it takes) call or email these companies and have yourself removed from their mailing list.
